NPCs (or Non-Playable Characters) are characters that are not available for adoption, but also cannot be "god-modded". These characters can be mentioned by PCs (or Played Characters). As long as the personality traits of the NPCs are kept uniform throughout the entire game. Please see the following list of characters for grabs:
